Is the call free?
Yes. The call is free and there is no obligation to buy. We use the 30 minutes to understand your site, goals and timeline, and you leave with a realistic next step, whether that is a fixed quote, a free homepage redesign or a smaller fix you can make yourself.
Who will I speak to?
Someone from the team that would design and build your site, not a separate sales team. If tracking, consent or Google Ads is your main concern, mention it when you book so the right person joins and the time goes on your questions.
What should I prepare?
Only your website address and what you want the site to achieve. Useful extras are your target buyers, the pages you think you need, a rough launch date and any brand guidelines. If you run Google Ads, a rough idea of what you track today helps too.
What happens after the call?
We send a written scope and a fixed quote. If you go ahead, we agree a start date and you see the first preview link early in the build. If you decide not to go ahead, that is the end of it, with no sales sequence.
